High School Soccer

Action, action, action. This is when the SLR technology comes in handy. Capturing the moment is the challenge. However, using Canan's 20D enables 5 frames per second which usually provides enough opportunity to get just the right shot. I believe the best pictures show a crisp view of the ball......stopping it in mid-air. Also, the more players in the air the better.

Canon 20D, 70-200 mm with 1.4x teleconverter f4.0 (L)

Taylor-pics knows I'm a Nikon guy. But I couldn't agree more that the digital SLR is a necessity for the demands of sports photography. There are times when I wish my Nikon D70 could mimic the 5 fps of the Canon.

Oh well, maybe I can save my pennies for Nikon's new D200
